Lemon and Warm Water
Lemon and warm water isn’t really a recipe. It’s just a recommendation. I drink this every single morning (or, most mornings) in order to give my digestive system a little boost, and my liver a little bit of help. The recipe is as simple as they come:
Hot water
Lemon
A bit of cool water to ensure you can drink it right away
Add hot water (I usually boil some fresh) to a cup and fill half way. Add the juice of 1/4 or 1/2 of a lemon, and then top up with cool water so you can drink it right away. Enjoy!
